I just got my r4, and being the idiot that i am, I dont know how to use it =[?

included in the pack:

Kingston technology micro adapter,

a 4gb tiny thingy,

r4 Revolution for ds(NSCL/NDS)

micro USB 2.0

I know how to insert the USB in the computer but i dont know how to download, put in DS and stuff. I need a detailed idiot proof instruction. Thanks!
