125cc to 134cc should i do it?
Question for you all, I sent my son's cylinder off to have it re-plated.about a weak ago..I called today and they won't be able to get to it for another 10 days..(backed up) but" they have a 134 cylinder there ready to go for only 20 bucks more after core rebate..sounds good to me...Question is> what do you think the HP gain will be...The yz 125 stock has 33 hp....

im voting u do it cuz its a great buy and you'll end up with better HP

i personally own 2 yz series bikes yz-426 and my son has a yz 125 there already bored out for full HP so you wont see a huge gain if you where to get a 450 4 stroke and bore the cylinder then that's when you get into the big HP, but either way your wasting Your money and your time yz-125 they go like snot already why would you want it faster ., the best upgrades would be better fuel and better oil get a light weight crankcase and tranny this will give you allot more torque and a big difference . but for getting it re plated why not just buy all new?????? and a 134 would suck in that bike!

Source(s): i have a 06 ktm250f and i`m tinking aout putting a big bore kit on it and i`ve looked on motosport.co and they look like some thing that would give the extra kick you would need but they`re like 400 bucks
