well everyone wants one but what peopke don't understand is that it isn't just saying it and doing it, it is a realtionship with one another. and besides 13 is too young. I am not trying to be mean but that is too young. you shouldn't be thinking about having a realtionship to comes to marriage. most people your agedoes it but they understand what it really is to have abf and gf. it really is a big deal. a kiss isn't just something yuo do because it look fun and romantic it is important to think about. it's a sign of affection and people do get affected by it in a bad way if they don't understand what it really is about. when you have a bf and gf it is a sign of them getting married some day. are you really into having a marriage yet? you have at the least 7 years til you can get married.
