on ship they use vacuum tubes that have a "cup" on the end with rubber padding. they have different shapes for men and women. (the urine is then cleaned and purified and reused in other ways on board ship..... water is expensive to haul into space)

while in their space suits they simply use a diaper (and don't get to wipe anything until they get back on the ship) gross.

I think this is why lisa nowak was so easily willing to wear a diaper while she drove to florida and attempted to kidnap her victim.

There is like a little hole where the water gets sucked in and gets recycled. When they are doing spacewalks or walking on the moon, they have a little box thing that traps the water.

With something similar to a weak vacuum cleaner, so it does not form urine bubbles and a pretty annoying mess.

they use a special vacuum toilet.

when in space suits they use what nasa charmingly call "maximum absorbency garments".
