Does anyone have an easy recipe for chocolate almond cluster?

    you can also make a thick ganache. say you got 4 cups chips, add maybe 1 1/2 cup hot cream. you don't want a really runny ganach. beauty with making the ganache is you can flavor the cream before it's added to chocolate. some orange liquor, raspberry liquor or jam, etc. once the chocolate and cream are mixed in and all of the chips are melted, removed from the heat and add in your almonds.

    at this point, if the mixture is not thick/cooled enough to form the shape you want, let it rest more or stick in your fridge. you can make it into balls, or spoon it out onto a cookie sheet and press it down into disks or leave as spooned out molds.

    get a little fancy if you want, drizzle some white chocolate.
