Yes, that memory would work, but you'd be best off going with some DDR2 1066 RAM. That RAM is more for a DDR2 800 overclocking board.

Its hard to tell.Not all RAM brands are compatible to all main boards,you will have to check the main board Manual-to be sure.
I'm talking about BRANDS not DDR or DDR2 or DDR3.
I would also mthinkl about that main board considering it can only handle CPU's up to 95 Watt-and the quads use more,up to 140Watts.
