Do you think 27% is a good enough legacy?

'W' has 27% in poll consider he is a good president. This is still a very huge number of folks admire him as their president.

It doesn't matter what people think of him. It doesn't matter whether if he was popular or not. He was a President of the United States. The general public's opinion doesn't really mean much.

Another person who was unpopular during his time in office: Abraham Lincoln.

Our nation has unusually high population of crime-biased DNA European immigrants. This 27% probably covers most of the groups in this category.

That's only about half of his base. It could be worst. Dick Cheney has a 17% rating. His endorsement of Mccain was a key reason the repubs lost a EV in Nebraksa

I think 27% is waaaaay too high.

Give it a few years and most of those people will see the damage his eight years has done to our country...

You could not even get a G.E.D. with a 27% rating and it also means that some republicans stopped supporting this guy. For perspective it also means that 73% are more that ready to say good riddance.

That number is deceptive. It's actually 27 percent of midgets with webbed feet.

To Caribou Lips: Bush's rating is HIGHER than your democratically controlled congress. Explain THAT, vajoka.

F BO, Pelosi, Reid, Shumer. Boxer, Murtha, Rangle, Feinstein and their ilk.

Did you catch Reid's speech when they opened the new building that was supposed to cost 77 million and wound up costing 667 million?

You know, the speech where he said that the tourists stink? You know, the people who pay that fool's salary?

Abraham Lincoln's popularity was under 25% when he was assassinated.

If 27% of the nation is all that have their heads screwed on right, then yes.

    No

I think it's down right embarrassing. Not since Wilson, have we had a War President that was so unpopular.
