What should I do? REALLY SAD!?

Right I'm really sad. I broke up with my boyfriend. Every time I here music, I get so sad. It reminds me of him and all the memories.

well its a cliche but true - time is a great healer. Any break up is painful, because you have to deal with loss and grieving, also you have to accept that your life has changed or is changing and as people we tend to not like change. But if the relationship was not working then to break up is the right thing to do. You will feel sad for a while and music will enhance those sad feelings but in time you'll feel better and your life will move on. Accept that sadness will be with you for a while but that things will get better.

Okay i totally know how that feels. it sucks and you wanna just ball ur eyes out, but don't. You broke up for a good reason right??? And if he broke up with you....he's a d-bag!!! For every song that reminds you of him...play what i like to call one of the many "i hate you" songs.

    here's a list:

    You Outta Know-Alanis Morissette

    Gives You Hell-All-American Rejects

    Call Me When You're Sober-Evanesence

    I Don't Care-Apocaliptica

    Without You-Hinder

    As If-Blaque

    Too Little Too Late-Jo Jo

There are SOOO many songs to choose from. i know heartbreak's a *****, but you'll get through it!!! i promise!!

    the best of luck

I haven't had a relationship so I don't know specifically what to do after a break up, but after hard times and stuff ice cream helps :) and just crying, and keeping busy, like knit a purse or something

If it's something that you had to do then think of all the bad things that happened in your relationship. And stay busy. You'll be over him in no time. And... quit listening to that music, find something new to listen to.
