How Would Mayweather Do Against Hagler,Leonard,Hearns,Duran?

Hearns - The 'Hit Man' wins with a MC (Manslaughter charge.) There is no way Floyd could overcome Hearn's height advantage, reach advantage (Hearn's arms are dam*n near twice as long as floyd's.)and leg length (Mayweather would need 3 steps to hearns 1) Can you see Floyd trying to run in and back out without being tagged? No way Floyd is going in and back out without being badly hurt EVERY time. De La Hoya did fairly well when used his jab against Floyd. Hearns jab was faster, way longer, and far more powerful. Floyd could not run and retreat fast enough to avoid Hearns (unless he jumps out of the ring.) Hearns - KO 3 rnd.

Hagler - Marvin would destroy Floyd. With Hagler's relentless pressure, and cutting off the ring non-stop , Floyd would not escape the dangerous power of Hagler. Hagler 3RD. KO (could end sooner if Hagler stops giggling after Floyd hits him.)

Leonard - Anything Floyd can do, Ray could do, only better. Ray was better defensive wise, is faster, stronger and bigger. Ray could be on the defense and countering at the same time, and with Ray's speed this could prove to be a real hardship on Floyd. Mayweather is fast with punches, but cannot equal Ray's speed in getting them off in multiple flurries of combos., he so often used. For every 1 of Floyd's punches, Ray gives/ returns 3. So Sugar Ray wins a UD over Floyd or a 8th. RD. TKO.

Duran - Floyd may have a good run against Duran for awhile, but 'Stone Hands' eventually catches up for a late RD. KO.

Good question as usual sir! I don't want to take anything whatsoever away from Mayweather Jr as he is a trememendous fighter with and unbeaten record. However the guys you mentioned are true legends of the ring that fought against much tougher competition. Hey you could have included Duran in that as well. I think Hagler would have chased Mayweather around the ring and that Mayweather would not be able to even daze him or keep him off. Mayweather much like Leonard, would show his great speed but would get bullied around. Hagler would catch him finally in the 8th round and win by technical knockout. Leonard in a lot of ways is like Mayweather with all the flash, speed and ring skills. I think that Leonard at his peak was tougher and hit harder and would cruise to a unanimous decision. Hearns of course hit like a mule and had a pole axe jab (ask Leonard) His main problem is sometimes his chin is suspect and his endurance can run a little low. Nonetheless, he is still good enough to beat Mayweather too as Mayweather also gets on his bicycle against the Hitman who lands those jabs and enough right hands to win a close decision.

I'm sorry but Mayweather shouldn't even be mentioned with these true champions. He couldn't hang with the TRUE welterweight champions. Leonard UD over Mayweather, Duran 15th round KO, Hearns UD, Hagler wins by murder. Manny has a better chance than Mayweather.

Mayweather would never fight Hagler or Hearns. I don't even really think he would fight Duran. Hagler and Hearns would hurt him real bad. Leonard wins a unanimous decision.

Must agree with previous answers , nobody could ever live with Hagler he was one mean magnificent man . Watch the total destruction of Hearns after he had the audacity to cut Hagler . Duran was pure street fighter and Sugar Ray was the Middleweight Ali . Well we'll never know what would really happen in those fights because they fought in differnt eras but he has a chance to prove what he can do against Cotto,Margarito,Willams and Clottey all he has to do is signed the contracts. Instead of going after the smaller Hatton or pacquiao or the old de la hoya.

But to answer your question he won't fight Cotto or Margarito the best of his weight and era. He would never have fought Duran, leanard or hagler

all these guys are true killers he's going against, and floyd have yet to show that toughness that these guys posess and the heart. he may beat Duran i'm not sure, but i don't think he'll do to well against the others. all these guys are going to hit mayweather, can he take the punches and respond, i don't know. they are all stronger than he is and they are all willing to fight and i don't think mayweather can fight with these guys but i may be wrong but i doubt it.
