    okay

    so go to your web browser, probably internet explorer or firefox

    there on the very left side is a little golden star, click on it

    there is things like "Today" "Three Weeks Ago" etc..

    right click on it and it says "Expand" and "Delete"

    click delete!

    hope it works

    You can also try CCleaner..

    download here ==> http://www.ccleaner.com/download

    It is a freeware... It would remove all temp internet files in your PC..

    cookies also..

    if you have firefox, you can also do this:

    1. go to EXTRAS

    2. Click the "Remove Private Files" (I hope I write it right, I have german vers.)

    3. Check on the "cookies" too.. push enter..

    It could take some time.. just wait until it finished..

    Good Luck... ^_^
