You can find healthy items on most restaurant menus and some that sound good that are not.
Avoid salads that have a creamy dressing or cheese on them. If it has that and you otherwise like what is on it, ask for a substitute or have it either left off or on the side. Ideal dressings are the ones that are clear like balsamic vinaigrette or a non-fat honey mustard.
Regular entrees like chicken breast that it broiled and not sauteed or covered with any creamy sauce is good. Beef products what are lean are borderline. Pork has been advertised as the other white meat, but it isn't that healthy so a lean cut that isn't fried is also on the borderline but better than a cut that has fat or is breaded or fried. Side dishes: rice vs most potato choices, a dry baked potato is the only healthy exception veggies, nothing with a cheese / cream sauce or with butter.
Avoid white bread, stick with wheat.
At a pizza place or Italian restaurant, pizzas with veggies, little cheese, also wheat or gluten free dough. Other Italian dishes often have to be modified to have pasta that is made of wheat or is gluten free and the meat entries altered depending on the type. Beef or chicken Marcellus is often quite safe.

in case you opt for grilled or baked not fried, you probably might desire to eat everywhere. ingesting green greens, and yellow greens are terriffic possibilities. (steamed is easily stable) Salads with very gentle dressing (oil and vinegar is right) and don't eat that 2nd roll with butter. opt for grilled fish or grilled hen in stead of steak, and steer away from gravy.

isnt salmon or non-fatty fish very filling and healthy?
salads can be tasty and as long as there isnt too much dressing, it can be pretty healthy
