Is this happening to anybody else?

Question

I keep getting those email notices that I have been chosen as Best Answer...but when I open the email, it's for the same question! I have gotten 3 of these already within the last hour and I'm just wondering if it's just happening to me, or if there's a glitch in the Yahoo system.

Yeah, I've gottne that too where I got picked as BA but didn't get the email until 10 hrs later....you're right...Yahoo must still be on break...lol

Mine is just the opposite. I keep getting best answer but no e mail to let me know. I think Yahoo is still on Christmas break.

Every email I am getting, I keep getting my last 2 best answers come up with them....its really starting to give me the $hits now......
too bad we dont keep getting the 10 points each time hey??!

I've been having that off and on since they did the facelift a few months ago. Nothing fatal. the reason I read is that they route through backup servers during times of heavy traffic and the backup servers are not able to access the database for some items of user information.

don't worry, you're not alone on it. i'm getting them too. i opened three of those "you have been chosen as best answer" emails already for the same question. i'm also getting double emails that alert me of a new answer to my question.
