I'm not a fan of 'Addie' as a nickname, though. I prefer either Adele or just no nickname.

Adelaide is alright, it's a bit old fashioned for my taste, but, it's a nice classic name. Addie is a super cute nickname for it, too. Josephine is a bit old fashioned for my taste, my Grandma's middle name is Josephine, but, it goes well with Adelaide.

i like the name, but it always reminds me of the crabby grandma on nanny mcphee (funny movie, btw). if i named my kid adelaide, i would call her addie until she was older, and even then adelaide seems like an old lady name. it's way cute, but i always get a picture of an old lady with a big nose....yick. i don't really care for josephine, but addie jo is cute.

for a woman i think of its fairly. yet right here in Toronto there's a street referred to as adelaide & its in club district & there's a hooters on it lol, so i in my view does not choose for that call, i'm sorry if I purely ruined it for you. additionally, do not choose for a recognition while you're actually not one hundred% on it, I propose you mostly have a sprint voice asserting oh possibly this ones greater effectual, or maybe this one, and so on. yet you're able to desire to love the call so your toddler will like it too. good luck & congratulations :)
