You can't. They won't work with each other. There's no hack or anything yet to make them work.

as far as i know you cant but hey i also got guitar hero 4 :D i got the full band though i just need 1 more guitar and i will have the real full band with 2 guitars drums and a mic but i got it for 360 not wii. i have 2 wii gh3 guitars if you want to buy one
