Why is it so difficult to break and addiction?

I go through like 2 at least and possibly 3 bags of microwave popcorn a day..and yes I use to be an addict of other things as well..but I cant break this one..I know it has to be had for my heart...I can see my little heart floating around saturated fat literally.......

At least it isn't other things! Maybe you should switch to the light popcorn! I love the stuff too, especially the ones that get slightly burnt! Yummy! It takes pure willpower (and prayer) to break addictions but as far as those go, microwave popcorn isnt that bad! I am currently addicted to giant chewy nerds, I KNOW I should lay off but they are nice to eat in bed while reading a good book!

I wish I knew, these things just become such a part of our lives. Microwave popcorn isn't the worst thing, but 2-3 bags a day is a lot. I know what you're going through, I've been on a serious snacking binge lately and I just can't stop. Unfortunately, that's not my worst addiction, but I understand why I can't quit smoking, but I've always been able to control my eating. All I can suggest is that you try substituting something healthier and try to at least cut down on the popcorn. Good luck!

He could have or actually have a actual dependence on the soreness killers fairly than an habit to painkillers. mixing any 2 of those drugs is risky.every physique of them could make him irritable. He desires help or intervention to help him get off the painkillers in the beginning and then the potential drinks and nicotine. He desires to be evaluated to work out if he has a soreness killer habit or a actual dependence - they are distinctive. A actual dependence could be much less complicated to treatment then an habit, in each case. Nurse Sue

The fat is not bad for you unless you ingest carbs. Popcorn is not the worst food you can eat. It is a veggie, after all.
