OMG seriously we are the same person. haha i am 16, 5 foot 3, and 115 pounds. i feel so gross from all the holiday food too! i started just grabbing an apple when im bored and want to eat, instead of the junk. im actually eating one right now =) if you dont like fruit either, try doing some crunches/situps in your room when you get bored. it will keep your mind off food and you will be working on your abs! i dont have any other tips because i am tyring to work on this problem myself, but good luck!

join weight watchers..it really does help u watch what u eat. and no i am 17 and am 5 feet 3 1/2 inches and weigh the same amount. ya i sumtimes find my self so bored i just wanna eat.. but u have to keep ur mind focused on something else. or if u find urself eating PUT IT DOWNNN!!! and even if u cant run outside maybe find a fitness channel or teach urself a dance off youtube.com from your favorite musical or music video, its fun and also helps you work out a little while you cant be outside running.
