NO. The real answer is that everyone already has it. The flakes are very tiny and you can't see it. When you eat a lot of sugar, low density carbs, etc., this causes the flakes to clump together and then you will see it because the clumped together flakes are bigger.
Cut these things out of your diet and the dandruff will not be visible anymore. It usually takes a few days for this to happen.

No. Dandruff is the dead skin that comes off of a dry scalp when itching. You can get their dead skin on you but you can't 'catch' dry skin.
