Help transferring an entire iTunes library?

When I got a laptop, I had to transfer all my songs over. I plugged my iPod into my laptop. It won't automatically erase everything, but all you can do is charge it on there. You can't add songs from two different iTunes, you'd have to "erase and sync" to the new iTunes.

I used a flash drive to transfer the songs, it's faster and better than a CD and generally holds more than a CD. If you don't have one, you can get one for about $15 or less (for a 1 gigabyte). They are so useful for school too, so it won't be a waste.

Just plug the flashdrive in and upload all your songs to it, then plug it into your new computer and put them into your new iTunes. It's pretty simple, but depending on how many songs you have it may take some time to do. I had about 600 songs and it took me almost 2 hours, but I was chatting the whole time while doing it!

well u have an ipod so just use that to transfer the music to ur new pc and no ur ipod will be just fine just make sure to install itunes on ur new pc
