What is the best way to learn how to draw?
I really want to learn how to draw. Any books, videos, website tutorials, techniques, strategies you would recommend?

It's great to shop for books but I think it best if you were taught by someone who professionlises in that particular area just like you would be taught playing music...
You need guidance, those who've had experience and although art classes may be expensive, It's worth the pleasure in doing something you love..

There are many books at the library that are how to draw books...basically you think of things as basic shapes and add details, like how a building is built, first idea, then frame work, then details, textures, colors. Practice drawing and your style will come out.
Great drawing can't be taught it takes practice, and skill and more than those two it takes almost a spiritual quality that comes from a person and goes into the work.(it is like art is a sensitivity monitor and either you are sensitive in artistic ways or not, just like some people excel at math skills or not, some of it is natural talent)

everyone can learn how to draw, dont think otherwise. it just depends on talent whether you're just good or amazing.
i learnt by myself, first drawing pictures of a model i adored. then trying to draw from life. the easiest way to find free help is to search 'drawing tutorials' or something like that on google. but it is so much better if you can go to a course and have a proper teacher guide you (much of the stuff online is bad technique etc and a teacher is more personalised so you will progress faster)
so i would suggest looking online for courses you could join, maybe your local uni (or one nearby) has some. just scout around and see what you can find.
best of luck

Just do it. Lot of books in the library or buy at bookstore.
Try this if it's hard.
Turn the pic upside down and draw it.
It works for some people.
