Hannspree 7 inch digital photo frame question.?

So I got this frame for my mother for Christmas. There are two problems with it I cant seem to figure out. Does anyone know how to make the frame repeat pictures on slide show using an sd card? Every time the frame shows all of the pictures it goes to thumbnail view after the last picture. Also, how do I use the 8mb internal memory to put my own pictures on? I've tried contacting hannspree but they won't be open till monday, I think I may have just gotten a dud.
