What do the letters AME and UPB stand for?I see this on church signs and have never known what they meant.?

    I think the second is United Pentecostal Brotherhood or something similar. I see them here in Mississippi. The above poster is correct about AME.

    AME is the African Methodist Episcopal Church. Don't know the other one, sorry.
