how do you get rid of a stuffy noise??????? ?

Well, what u can do is use some of the kleenex tissues that contain aloe. that will make your stuffy nose calm down and not make your nose burn. since u dont really like chicken soup, try to use some sort of steam thing. like a kettle, that will unclog your stuffy nose. try to avoid drinks that contains caffeine, it'll only make your stuffy nose worse. Drink fluids like water, and tea (although you dont like tea). other quick remedies are humidifiers, vaporizers, or a diffuser that can help your stuffy nose. i've actually had this kind of stuffy nose as well, and by using these important facts i got well in less than 5 days!!!! and since we have that vacation from school, you can heal faster without stressing out on homeowork! i hope this information helps!!

use nose spray ( there is a good one called 4 Way) , but no more then 2 days in a row, you can also try congestion meds like Advil cold and sinus, ( I get the kind from the pharmacy with the real Pseudoephedrine in it ) . They have over the counter stuff now , but it doesn't work as good as the stuff with the real Pseudoephedrine in it.

use a vaporizer at night with Vicks in it.

Another thing I love is the Netti-Pot.

Noise? Aw, that's cute. Nose- pseudoephedrine will fix that. Take a pill with pseudoephedrine. Make sure you follow the instructions, tho and you may be directed not to drive.
