At the core of stress management are things like following a healthy diet, getting regular exercise, and making time for uninterrupted relaxation, even if it’s just a few minutes a day. Some people find writing in a journal, vigorous exercise (i.e kick boxing), or meditation helpful. All take some discipline, but when developed as a habit, they can be of great help.

When I was at school I had a very good friend who all of a sudden turned into a complete B****h. I tried to remain friends with her but couldn't wait to finish secondary school. Even tried talking to her and other friends about the problem but to no avail. I joined a swimming club. Made brill friends through this and found that swimming was very calming for me. Maybe join a club or something you have an interest in and cut this girl out of your life as much as possible.

I find that listening to music while doing yoga helps a lot. I used to take martial arts, for seven years, but I've stopped that, and thinking back, the deep meditation and physical obstacles that I had to endure really helped me to de-stress. I would say, yoga! + music + brain foods (salmon, blueberries, dark chocolate), but probably not all at once (:
