How many Ethnicity's are in the world today?

Update:

I'm not talking about color or race. I'm asking about how many ethnic groups are in the world.

    I am going to keep it real with you brother there are what you called made up ethnicitys.

    There are only 5 races on planet earth

    African

    European

    Asian

    Indian

    Arab.

    Over the time we began to have people claim different parts of there heritage.

    For Example: German and Russian = European
