Where's a good website to read TNA Impact results?

Every so often I miss Impact and have to check online results. I gave up on TNAWrestling.com a long time ago because they didn't really have so much results as highlights. Lately I've been using Angrymarks, but I'm finding that I have the same problem with it that I have with other sites: it's just so contemptuous. I'll admit I have my criticisms of TNA, but some of these results sites are just vicious. Like I still remember my first time actually watching a TNA pay-per-view after previously only ever reading results. I was shocked at how average a show it was. I even remember going back and reading the results and wondering if they were talking about the same show. And then I read the results for this week's Impact. "Roxxi, ODB, Taylor Wilde and Christy Hemme beat Awesome Kong, Raisha Saeed, Rhaka Khan and Sojourner Bolt in the worst street fight ever." I haven't seen the match, so that may be true, but it's not the results. The results are what happened in the damn match, and that's what I want to know. Either way, enough of my inane ranting. Does anyone know where I can find TNA results that are objective or even journalistic?

Update:

I've now seen the match. It wasn't exactly a 5* mat classic, but it was far from the "worst street fight ever".

http://www.lordsofpain.net/reports/tna/ it has results from about NWA:TNA week 30 right up to the present which the most recent one is the December 25th spoiler results for next week I believe.

Here is an example of one:

    TNA Impact 12/18/08

    Orlando, Florida

The title of show tonight is "Main Event Massacre." The opening video aired. In lieu of fireworks, Lance Rock made his way to the ring. Mike Tenay and Don West talked about the beating of Brother Ray from last week.

    1. Rhino defeated Lance Rock in 1:46. After some early offense by Rock, Rhino hit the Gore for the quick victory.

Rhino called out the Front Line. Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley lagged way behind the rest of the group. As Rhino cut a promo, Shelley cockily mimicked an orchestra leader with his fingers in the background. Rhino said he was going to leave Sting in a pile of his own blood, piss, and ****. He said he was doing this for the Front Line and "Bubba Ray."

AJ Styles grabbed the mic and told Scott Steiner and Booker T he hoped their heads would be torn off tonight. Samoa Joe cut an old school Joe promo about only understanding violence. He said "Joe is going to kill you."

Tenay and West ran down tonight's card. JB interviewed Kurt Angle backstage. He said there would be bloodshed tonight and it would be the blood of the Front Line. He said he had to get going because he had a special guest tonight. "Bang bang," said Angle.

Lauren interviewed The Motor City Machine Guns. Sabin said Lauren had the opportunity to be the meat of a Motor City sandwich. Sabin reminded us he was a four time X Division champion and Shelley was going to become the next champion. Shelley said he and Sabin would meet in the finals and it didn't matter which one of them took the title back to Detroit.

    2. Chris Sabin (with Alex Shelley) defeated Sonjay Dutt (with SoCal Val) in an X Division Championship tournament quarterfinal match in 5:20. Sheik Abdul Bashir watched the match in a chair from the stage. Tenay said Dutt and Bashir have held closed door meetings. Dutt scored a nearfall with a nice hurricarana at around the two minute mark.

Sabin hit a series of kicks and a springboard closeline for a two count. Dutt countered the Cradle Shock by biting Sabin. He hit a tornado DDT and remained on the offensive until Sabin hit the Cradle Shock seemingly out of nowhere.

Backstage, Lauren interviewed The Beautiful People and Sarah Palin. Palin complained about Velvet and Angelina's hair. She said they needed to look like Barbara Bush. Kip said he was the fashion guy, but TBP pretty much fired him while telling him how much they love him. Kip took off disgusted.

ODB's Angle had Christie Hemme as the special guest. They talked about Christy winning the Diva Search and posing in Playboy. ODB asked if Christy ever felt Hugh Hefner's balls. ODB was pissed about "divas posing for Playboy thinking they can wrestle," but praised Christy. Raisha Saeed attacked Christy and Rhaka Khan broke a board over ODB's back.

Tenay and West plugged the rest of the card. There is a lot to come tonight.

JB was in the Mafia's locker room. Mick Foley was being massaged by Kevin Nash. Foley said he was concerned about what happened last week. Foley said the Mafia went too far and called the attack on Brother Ray, "a gang bang."

Foley said Angle should have gone into the street fight against Brother Ray one on one. Angle said Foley knew how it was and the Mafia looked out for each other, like a brotherhood. Foley toasted the Mafia and made them promise not to engage in anymore beatdowns. Sting walked away.

    -commercial

TNA Rough Cut featured Robert Roode. Roode was a hockey player growing up. A lot of footage of Roode as a member of Team Canada was shown.

    3. Scott Steiner and Booker T (with Sharmell) defeated Abyss and Matt Morgan in 8:10. Morgan overpowered Steiner early in the bout. They knocked Booker to the floor and continued to work on Steiner as the show went to commercial.

    -commercial-

The Mafia was in complete control coming back from the break. They double teamed Abyss, but Abyss got the best of both of them. Morgan received the hot tag. He hit a sweet bicycle kick on Steiner for a two count. In a horrible spot, Sharmell grabbed Abyss on the floor. He swung blindly, but clearly did not hit her. She pretended he did and Abyss was upset. Booker used a pipe and an axe kick to pin Morgan.

After the match, Abyss looked really pissed.

Jeff Jarrett was shown pacing in his office. Kurt Angle's "tribute" to Jarrett is next.

    -commercial-

Kurt Angle came out to the ring in a suit and showing off his DVD. Angle said he was not there to talk about himself; he was there to talk about Jeff Jarrett. Angle's commentary was accompanied by a bunch of photos. He talked about Jarrett in "the WWF," and even showed a photo of Jarrett and Owen Hart. An "Owen" chant broke out.

He followed Jarrett's move to WCW and when he had nothing left to prove, he started his own company, one that is now world renown. Angle said the fairy tale would come to an end at Genesis when Jarrett would drown in a pool of his own blood. He said the fans could survive without Jarrett, but could Jarrett's daughters? He put up pictures of Jarrett's daughters.

Angle said Jarrett's beautiful daughters would become orphans after the Genesis pay-per-view. He did say that "Uncle Kurt" would adopt them. Jarrett came out and tried to get at Angle, but BG James, Terry Taylor, and Scott D'Amore tried to stop them. He made it to the ring but was unable to get to Angle.

    -commercial-

Jarrett was going crazy in his office while BG tried to calm him down. Foley came in and Jarrett took off. BG said half of this was Foley's fault.

    4. Kiyoshi defeated Consequences Creed in an X Division tournament quarterfinal match in 4:35. Kiyoshi hit a nice overhead belly to belly released suplex. He followed that up with a closeline and a nerve hold. He hit what looked like his finisher for a two count. He followed up with a moonsault for the win.

Backstage, TBP had no makeup on. Palin asked them if they wanted to be wrestlers, or if they wanted to be role models. They finally got behind Palin when she said they could be bigger than our president elect.

    -commercial-

Footage aired of the beating Brother Ray received last week.

Mike Tenay had a sit down interview with Shane Sewell earlier today. Sewell said he was a wrestler and a neck injury forced him to retire. He applied to be a referee in TNA. He said he would not let anyone push him around and if Sheik Abdul Bashir cost him his job, he would not leave TNA peacefully. Tenay wished him good luck.

    -commercial-

    5. ODB and Christy Hemme defeated Rhaka Khan and Raisha Saeed in 1:51. They fought to the floor until ODB threw Khan into the ring. ODB gained the advantage and tagged in Hemme. She hit that splits leg drop from the top rope for the win.

Awesome Kong hit the ring and laid out both ODB and Hemme. Suicide did his thing and stood in the ring opposite Kong. Kong thought about it but decided to retreat. The lights went out and Suicide was gone.

Backstage, JB interviewed Sting and Kevin Nash. JB asked Sting if he had any regrets and if he thought he was doing the wrong thing. Sting said he had nothing to say and handed it over to Nash. Nash told Sting they have known each other for twenty years and he had the most integrity of anyone in the business. He said whether he was fighting Sting or fighting with him, he never spit in his face, but AJ did. He grabbed Sting's bat and asked if Sting was with him. Sting said yes and they walked off.

    -commercial-

JB asked Mick Foley what his relationship was with the Main Event Mafia. Foley said Angle sometimes says things he does not mean and he was considering his options. He said he was not okay with what happened to Brother Ray last week, but he was disrespected more by Alex Shelley in the past few weeks than he was in his entire 23 year career. He said he was going to make decisions that were good for business.

Kevin Nash, followed by Sting, Samoa Joe, and AJ Styles made their ring entrances.

    6. AJ Styles and Samoa Joe defeated Sting and Kevin Nash in a steel cage match in 8:30. Tenay said the TNA cage is unlike any other cage in wrestling. This is a tornado style tag match with everyone in the ring together. Joe worked over Sting as Styles had his way with Nash for the first nearfall. They continued to have the advantage as the show went to commercial.

    -commercial-

Back from commercial, Sting was beating on Styles in the corner and Nash had the advantage on Samoa Joe. Joe hit a senton splash on Nash and Sting broke up the pin. The Front Line gained the advantage. Styles, using Nash's back as a boost, climbed out of the cage for the win.

Sting and Nash attacked Joe in the ring. Nash laid out Styles with the cage door. The entire Mafia came down and Joe left them all lying. Joe then picked up Angle for the muscle buster, but Nash hit him in the back with a chair. Steiner locked the cage door. Joe was in there with the entire Mafia except for Sting. The referees could not open the cage door.

Sting stayed on the outside and took out the Front Line as they came out to the ring. They placed Joe's arm in the chair and stomped on it. West sold it as if they broke Joe's arm. The beating continued as the show went off the air.

Nowhere in this article does it even hit to the fact that Jeff Jarrett is fired. More to the point is that Jeff Jarrett CAN'T be fired, considering he founded and ultimately runs the company. That would be like the WWE firing Vince McMahon, it's just not happening. Jarrett's dealt with a lot in the past few years, and he hasn't really had a break to mourn his wife's passing. Even when he took his TV hiatus back in '07 or 06, he was still the major driving force backstage. I also doubt that Jarrett is dabbling in the Angle gene pool. If that were the case, Kurt would be out of the company, and Karen would still be there. Honestly, Jarrett's always been one to put his friends first. Why the heck do you think Brian James and Vince Russo still have jobs? They're Jarrett's boys.
