Advanceautoparts has one, but its $200!
http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/ProductDetail.asp...
If you wanna buy it online.
carpartswholesale.com has one for $100!
http://cpwstore.carpartswholesale.com/catalog/?N=1...
$100 if a fair deal IMO, and its made by the SAME company as the one AdvanceAutoParts had.
If you want a REAL steal, goto a local junkyard.
Tell them you need a throttle body for your Year, Make and Model.
If they dont have one, they usually have connections to tons of other junkyards and WILL find someone that has a throttle body.
(probably spend $30 or $40.)
if you want to check junkyards online.
Try this.....
www.car-part.com
BEST place ever, they got EVERYTHING for any car.
(its mostly all snagged from junkyards, but trust me, you'll have ZERO problems with a throttle body from a junkyard....ive gotten transmissions and fuel injectors from junkyards, and it ran BETTER than the one I had.)
I dont know why junkyards get such a bad rap, its BIGGER business than autoparts stores....thats for sure.
They wont sell you crap, and often will give warrantees with bigger items.
They get so many cars in junkyards, they only sell the good stuff...period.

Nissan has re manufactured throttle chambers for around $140. The new ones used to sell for over 400 dollars. After throttle chamber cleaning or replacement you must also do an idle air relearn procedure. There is a generic methiod. At nissan we use the Consult 2 or Consult 3 device. then we clear any trouble codes and erase the keep alive memory. I would not hurt to ask the dealership if there are any open recall campaigns on your car.

I don't know why you would need to replace the throttle body. If you would tell the problem might save some time and $$. If you must do it just go to auto supply and they will provide you with correct part. The part you have says "2002 nissan altima 2.5L fuel injected double overhead cam 2002 2006. Sounds like correct one.

You may have an electrical short somewhere causing your battery and and other issues. As far as the vibrating goes, that's probably a whole separate issue.
