Don't worry you are not to young to be masturbating. It is good that at your age you are not trying to have sex. You are right that now a days children are growing up a little faster and your body is changing and you are just exploring your body. Maybe you can go online and find some information about the changes in your body and you may find that a lot of kids your age masturbate. It maybe a little to awkward to talk to an adult so going online is very private.

Hon, don't worry masturbation is a perfectly healthy, normal part of human sexual development. At 12, you shouldn't have to feel guilty about it as long as you keep it private. Someday when you are older and ready for an intimate relationship, you will have the advantage of knowing just how your body works. Relax because you are totally normal.

I'm 12 too and I'm starting to masturbate a little. When I'm in the shower I do. It's probably a good age to start I guess.

No it's normal for someone to do that.. and that's good that you don't have sex or even want to do that. Masturbation is completely normal for someone your age to do that. I know boys in the 9th grade that does that and they are very open about it.. it's Normal!!!
