Do you like to put malt vinegar on your fries (or chips)?

Hi honeybutt. Vinegar stinks like evil. Not Pure Evil, but evil hellfire stank. I still love you though.

I like it with proper chips and some fried haddie or cod from a stand -- beer batter mind you. You also need it all wrapped in a page from The Times so that the grease and vinegar meld with the newsprint for added flavour (with a u).

Oh for sure...with lots of salt and pepper...here at home when we cook Fish & Chips we use malt vinegar on both the fish and "chips"

the only problem is that the only time i get vinegar to put on them is when i order fish n chips.

which they have a lot of down in england i found out.

but i ask for extra packets and i put it all over my fish and my fries.

and its REEEEEEAALLLLLYY good.

Only the fries I get from Five Guys. They're the only ones that taste good that way.
