disneyland annual pass holder/what will you celebrate?

you can get the 69$ discount on your annual pass because of the "what will you celebrate?" promotion, right?

so, how does one go about getting the discount. i am currently on the 12 month payment plan, so i still owe like 105 on it.

Update:

yeah. it's cool. it's only valid for southern california residents. you pay a 69$ down-payment, and then you pay the rest of the pass in monthly installments, depending on the pass. i pay 8.75 a month.

If you are currently an Annual Passholder you do not get a discount on your AP. You like everyone else has to go ON your birthday to one of the specified ticket booths. You then get a Gift Card, or other special choices according to the Newsletter. The Gift Card can not be used on the purchase of any Tickets or AP's. According to Disneyland if you do not go on your birthday you can not get your gift.

Now it is too late for you, but I did hear that the free regular ticket you get would have had the full upgrade value. So if you didn't have a pass already you could have gone on your birthday, gotten the free admission, and then upgraded to an AP that day using the ticket value as your "discount". I don't know if this has changed or not, but I am sure once this officially starts these items will become very clear.

You can get a $69.00 Gift Card not a discount and it is not valid towards Annual Passports. As far as how you go about getting one I was informed that you get this once your at the ticket booths, that is if you are already registered with the Disneyland.com web site.
