You can't, I know it's so annoying! Like we need to preview and submit..:)
I think it's mainly for making sure you follow the community guidelines cause if you notice before you submit there it is....
Make sure your answer follows the community guidelines.

You can't skip preview, as it is the last step to make sure the answer is where you want it to be (and you don;t look like a fool for some typo)
