i dont like him bc of his disrespectfullness (is that a word lol) anywhere halfway during the fight forrest got him in the corner and rashad kissed his hand and grabbed his nuts, which is uncalled for. but he is a great fighter. To me it looked like forrest was sick or sumthin, he kept taking huge breaths and doesnt usually do that that i remember. even b4 the fight actually started.

Rashad is quality fighter and I think he made a big impact in the LHW division. He has been a quality fighter but much like Forrest he was not given a great deal of respect at first because he was on a 'reality show' of sorts. I think Forrest did a good job in the first two rounds and was clearing the point winner of those rounds; however, Rashad wasn't looking for a decision. He was patient and looked for the right opening. His cardio looked great (unlike Forrest's cardio) and he was very accurate with his punches. Rashad has had problems with his cardio in the past but if he stays on top of it he could be strong champion to dethrone. I just wish he would work on his submission skills. I did not like his disrespect towards Forrest when he blew Forrest a kiss and grabbed his balls. I don't think that shows signs of a Champion; unless, your name is Floyd Mayweather. I think Forrest showed a great deal of respect and honor after losing the title.

I'm a Griffin fan myself, so I may be a little biased, but...

Evans has one big thing going for him, and that's Greg Jackson's Camp. He gets trained well thanks to Jackson, thus he's not a boring fighter anymore who just lays on his opponents. For that, I give Jackson all the credit.

He has a bad attitude, is disrespectful and I don't think he'll be able to defend the title successfully. But then again, I was wrong tonight.

I thought he was done with the in-fight showboating, but seeing him do it in a fight against Forrest, who in my opinion is one of if not the classiest fighters in the game, is plain disrespectful and immature. I won't ever root for Evans.

His next fight will most likely be against "rampage", if he wins then i'd have to say yes. He beat an aging chuck lidell, and forrest was pathetic tonite. Forrest can't just hope to wear down fighters with leg kicks for five rounds. Rashad is a good fighter, but he will be hunted now. Wait and see how he responds.

Yes. I would say every fighter in the UFC is a bad man.

I do think Evans was losing that fight until he got the take down though.

But as it stands Evans is the man on top of the UFC light heavy weight division.

Griffen is my favorite fighter and I thought he did great the first two rounds. Rashad though..i gotta say he is deserving of the title. A great night over all. Really Really glad rampage won

Rashad was also a pretty smart fighter as we saw. He tried different things each round until he found one that worked.

I love Griffin he is like a lovable bro, and great fighter and seems super down to earth...

Rashad great fighters, a complete cun-t i think he deserves the belt bc he won in a very convincing fashion i just dont like him bc he showboats like a dick, i hope he gets the **** beat out of him in his next fight

  • Good fighter, but I can't stand him. At least he's actually fighting now, and not putting the fans to sleep by taking his opponent down and laying on them. Matt Hughes was right: the man's a showboat (blowing a kiss at Forrest and then touching his cup is so stupid on so many levels). He'll lose his first title defense.
