You asked him out once. He said no. Little advice about guys in general. Unless there is some big change in how he sees you since the first time he turned you down, he's not likely to say yes on the second time you ask him out. If you were really good friends with him before the second time you asked, he may have done it more just to see if any interest could be sparked at all; not so much because the interest was already there.

Whatever the case, let him go. Now you know that he only sees you as a good friend. No use moping about it because it won't change. Just be thankful you have a good friend and try to find a guy that sees you for more.

Sounds like you have hit a rough spot. if he doesn't have any feelings for you then let him go. you can't force a relationship with someone and I am sure that's not what you want anyway. So just give him space and meet someone new.
