Will I get disqualified at MEPS?
I have taken the asvab for the Air Force and passed. I'm worried about getting disqualified at MEPS for my saline filled breast implants, particularly the incision scar under the breasts. Will this disqualify me?
Also about some tattoos I have on my feet.

You are required to disclose all surgical procedures that you have had in your lifetime. Implants per se are not disqualifying however if they are to the extreme where they interfere with the wear of the uniform or performance of normal military duties or pose a medical risk themselves you could, at least in theory, be disqualified.
Tats that are not visible while in uniform are not a problem as long as they are not racist, profane or otherwise prejudicial to good order and discipline.
Contrary to what another respondent claims, the AF does not provide routine elective breast augmentation surgery (or any other elective cosmetic surgery for that matter) for military personnel or their dependents. Cosmetic surgery is limited to reconstruction to correct disfigurement following treatment for disease or injury. A VERY few elective procedures may be performed if necessary to maintain the qualifications and skills of military plastic surgeons but those are very rare. With 2 wars going on, the military's plastic surgeons have plenty of work to maintain their skills without performing elective procedures.

The implants wont matter, the USAF routinely funds for cosmetic procedures. So it won't be an issue.
Tattoos:
Tattoos/brands anywhere on the body that are obscene or advocate sexual, racial, ethnic, or religious discrimination are prohibited in and out of uniform. Otherwise they are allowed, if they are a reasonable size and preferably unseen when in uniform I see no reason why you would be disqualified from joining.

I don't think so, as long it doesn't affect on work when your uniform is on. But be honest when they ask you question regard those you mention.

no it wont, The air force is all about pretty people or good looking because they are more into that type of stuff. Air Force is good but Many people say Marines is a better way to go.... But Good job at passing the test.... Watch out tho alot of those Air Force ppl are very smart but a real lack of common Sense.
