You're both REALLY young.And it's totally normal. Taking it slow would make everything really sweet and much more enjoyable. She's kinda right in waiting long. Cuz if you just rush into things then it wouldn't be as special and nice as it should be.

Anyho. Just be happy you find someone you like so early on. Have fun now. There's gonna be loads of time for everything else.

talk to her, tell her what you said.. maybe not the same words, but like... something along the lines of i just wanna put my arm around you, im not going to just take advantage of you i really do like you or soemthing. and... hopefully she'll loosten up a bit and understand

well it depends im the same age but im not like that at all. but i think she is bein that way because she is worried or her parents/family are over protective just talk to her and ask in the most polite way posible

if you really like her just wait shes probably seeing if she really likes you first plus if you try something and she doesn't like it she may think your using her and she might dump you
