Do you wear an eye mask to sleep? ?

Why can't you sleep without it?

    well I just started wearing one cause I developed a "floater" in my eye and I like it to block out any light that could possibly distract me and help me go to sleep without losing my mind.

    I wear one to help block out the light that my shades don't block. I can sleep without it but it helps me to go to sleep faster

    Nope and I work graveyard shift but I do wear earplugs.
