Webkinz help for neice...?
I need some help for the webkinz website when i click on new member I get Miss. Birdy talking to us about that I need to make a new account, but it only shows like half the screen with no scroll bars and no button to click on to start this process, is it happening on your computer, what did you do? what would you do?

Try changing the display settings...the resolution needs to be changed to fit the entire page. Right click on desktop, select Properties, then click the Settings tab, and decrease the screen resolution. Some things looked a bit blurry due to the decreased resolution, but at least the pages were complete. We had the same problem on our LCD/TV monitor but it worked fine on our laptop. Once we changed the settings, no problem.

We just got a flat panel monitor and we had a smiliar problem with the log in page. We went in a changed the resolution (another person told how to do that). Also, I have had issues with Webkinz and I re-started my computer and everything was fine.

that happened to me. Either go into control panel and click display and then setting. click the screen resoultion and make sure it is on 1024 by 768 pixels. I that doesn't work try using internet explorer.
