She didn't get high, she got light headed.
You breathed a mouth full of carbon dioxide into her lungs (your own lungs had already taken most of the oxygen out of the air that you breathed in). This meant that she was short of oxygen.
Be VERY careful if you do this, she could pass out if you do it to much. It's basically a form of auto erotic asphyxiation. This kind of thing is practiced by people who are into bondage and so on. It's not what nice girls should be doing.
