You can delete the trackers by right clicking the torrent task and selecting "Properties" then click on the advanced tab and you'll see the tracker list where you can delete whatever tracker you want to delete. Of course this will also work when you first open a new torrent file as it will instantly take you to the task properties and you can find your way from there.
As of bad trackers, there aren't really any bad trackers that can harm your computer. Is just that some trackers can sometimes have slow connections or dead torrents that no body seeds. You can check those probably from where you've downloaded your torrent like www.isohunt.com for example lists some trackers in red meaning that they are unstable or share a dead torrent.

dont worry about those, they dont matter. they are for uploaders and besides bitcomet is a good choice in clients.
