Never heard of it. I rarely trust any information from one resource, especially if it is from the internet, the number 1 source of misinformation, disinformation and plain rubbish. Before you believe anything you read, you should know the actual source of the information and the reputation of the authors and the source. You should check several sites to make sure the information is accurate, and if something sounds too good to be true, yeah, it probably is.
Now, what 'help' specifically do you need?
