california knife law clarification?

i am being charged with posession of a switchblade ca pc 653k

but the knife in question is the sog trident

it has 2 locking mechanisms and i am pretty sure that it is not a switchblade legally

i have heard that the kershaw assisted open knives are allowed under ca law so why would this knife be any different

    You shouldn't be charged, find a good lawyer you didn't commit any crime by carrying it, laws in USA change everyday and you can't keep track of it.

    CA has changed, eh?

    During the 50's, switchblades were legal and sold in just about every store.

    They ranged in size from 3" to 12". Price from $3 to $20.

    CA has turned into a bunch of Democrat sissies and whimps.
