What is the name/artist of this song?

I was listening to the radio today and I herd this a song I wanted to download but I didn't get the name. I have some of the lyrics, but Google won't help me.

Here are the lyrics:

"...Souther joker is the man... ...makes his way across the land..."

Its some sort of rock/metal
