Ok I was wondering since frank mir is facing brock lesnar for the real heavyweight championship I was wondering the next tournament for the championship if Brock beats mir and gets his revenge who will he face next I think it should be cheik kongo and if mir wins will he face randy couture who is next in line after the frank brock super fight

First they need to have Nogueria vs. Couture the winner getting a rematch for the title since they are both ex-champions. The winner of Lesnar vs. Mir fights the winner of Nogueria vs. Couture.
After that I think we Kongo, Velasquez, Carwin and Gonzaga should be runner-ups in getting a title shot. I would love to see Kongo vs. Lesnar or Velasquez vs. Mir.

Are you kidding Cashville? The UFC will never sign Kimbo, he is a joke. He is a street fighter not a mixed martial artists...maybe with a lot of training, but he is not right now.
To answer the question: Nog and Randy are probably going to fight and that will probably determine top contender status. If Dana deems Cheik Kongo marketable enough he will get a shot soon. Cain Velasquez and Shane Carwin are the other big up and comers.

Well its up to the UFC but I think next in line will be the winner of Gabriel Gonzaga and Shane Carwin and some other guy on a win streak vs Cheick Congo. The ufc heavyweight division isn't really that impressive any more.

The winner regardless should face Gonzoga. The UFC really needs to let Couture retire like he wants. Its getting pretty sad watching the beatings anymore. Kimbo really isn't that impressive in the UFC. Brock has a long way to go before he as good as the people he has to fight. I agree with one of the other posters though, the heavy weight division really isn't that impressive right now. Here's to hoping Mir wins!

Winner of Nog/Kongo vs. winner of Sylvia/Vera thats the sole logical decision to make. The Sylvia/Vera combat is purely too quickly to teach it right into a 5 rounder. in spite of if all fighters ought to coach like they're struggling with for a identify in each and every combat you do prepare in yet in a various way for 3 and 5 around fights and those adult males have been training for a three around combat for awhile now. So their combat is out. The Kongo/Nog combat is greater of a #a million contender combat with the winner going onto a identify shot. That replaced into the way it replaced into billed beforehand of Couture retiring. So instead of throwing the belt on that combat shop it a #a million contender combat and have them face the winner of the Syliva/Vera combat. As for AA...He hasn't finished something at present to teach himself to come back into that identify hunt. He and Gonzaga ought to stand eachother to go on in that image.

definitly cheick kongo,he's getting pissed about.apart from his (bullsh@t)loss to heath herring,he has a awesome win/loss record.sumthing like 22/4/1.and although not all his wins have been against big names,he has dominated cro cop lately and pulverized al turk.time for kongo to get his shot.
