How to lock adult websites and pages?

I need to know how to lock the internet explorer or smth in a way that my little sister cannot view any adult websites when she's alne at home...

please help!

    their is software out there

    but basically what it boils down to is to create another account

    install the custom browser ( which restrict surfing to approved sights )

    then disable any install rights on the account, then you PW protect your account

    it's not perfect, but it's as about good as you gonna get right now
