Sore nipples and breasts are generally a symptom of progesterone, which your body will produce from the time you ovulate until your period comes regardless of pregnancy. That is why PMS symptoms are so annoyingly like pregnancy symptoms.

They could also be hurting more now because you know the condom broke and you are worried about it so you are paying more attention to it.

Generally, you won't notice actual pregnancy symptoms until about 5-8 days after ovulation when the egg has had a chance to implant. Until then, fertilized or not, your body won't notice the difference.

SO - it doesn't mean you are pregnant, but it certainly doesn't mean you are not. Given perfect egg-meets-sperm situations in a healthy, fertile couple, the odds are getting pregnant in any given month are about 1 in 6, I think. If you WANT to get pregnant, those are horrible odds. If you DON'T want to get pregnant, those are pretty risky odds. Especially if the condom broke the day of or just a few days before ovulation.

You're pretty much just going to have to wait it out for at least 10-14 days past ovulation to take a test and see what happens. Visiting your doctor for a test would also help and could be more accurate a bit earlier (assuming they use a blood test).

Some of the most common pregnancy symptoms:

    1. Swollen and tender breasts

Soreness or tingling in breasts is one of pregnancy?s most common symptoms.

    2. Darkening areolas

For many women, hormones can cause the areolas, the circles around nipples, to widen and darken during pregnancy.

    3. Spotting

About five to 10 days after conception, some women notice light spotting when the embryo implants in the uterus.

    4. Urinary frequency or constipation

When you?re pregnant, your uterus presses directly on the bladder leading to more frequent urination.

    5. Fatigue

Many women feel very tired early in pregnancy (it takes lots of energy to create a baby!).

    6. Nausea

Nausea is one of the most common side effects of pregnancy.

    7. Smell Sensitivity

No, the smells on the bus are not in your head: Many women have a heightened sense of smell during pregnancy.

    8. Elevated basal temperature

If you?ve been tracking your basal temperature, a positive sign of pregnancy is an increase of about one degree that lasts for more than two weeks after the ?dip? in temperature that indicates ovulation.

    9. Missing period

The most obvious indicator of pregnancy is a missed period, but a missed period doesn?t always mean a baby is on the way.

    10. Unusual hunger or cravings

Pregnant bodies are working hard to grow that baby, and need about 300 extra calories a day.

    11. Headaches

The frequency of migraine headaches can increase with pregnancy.

    12. Mood swings

Many women experience emotional mood swings throughout pregnancy.

    13. Feeling faint or dizzy

Shifting hormones, combined with the heart beating faster to pump more blood through the body can cause blood pressure to gradually decrease early in pregnancy.

    14. Metallic taste in your mouth

Some women complain of an odd ?metallic? taste in their mouths during pregnancy.

    15. Vivid dreams

Dreams during pregnancy often intensify. So if your dreamin? has become more dramatic this could be a symptom you?re expecting.

Unusually dark and/or profuse lip hair, thickening of pubic hair, carnal insatiability, ringing in just one ear, spontaneous dizziness, unusually vivid dreams, unusually dull dreams, absence of dreams, profusion of dreams (are you noticing a trend here?), sudden dislike of the texture of pickles/cucumbers, and all sorts of other arbitrary things. The basic idea behind any "old wive's tale" sign is to jump on anything that seems spontaneous and arbitrary and claim that it's a sign. When in fact it is usually due to other factors that are almost entirely unrelated. However if you start getting really particular about color choices for even the most trivial of things then you know that you are pregnant.

    hey,

Symptoms can begin. As soon as conception occurs (5-6 days after ovulation) definitely not straight after ovulation.

Take a test when next period is meant to be due/missed

God Bless xx you could be x

Could be pregnant. Maybe you should have a simple blood test done at the doctor to just be sure. Sometimes our bodies will play tricks on us if we think there is a chance we might be pregnant.
