how many calories is this & is this healthy?
ahhh okay i promised myself i would start eating healthy to get back down to my normal weight..but i got hungry at 10:30 :-( i think i did good all day except now. how many calories is this & is this unhealthy/bad?
brunch: 2 eggs & 1/2 cup of green grapes
snack: 7ish cups of gourment kettle corn 94% fat free
dinner: a cup & a half of chicken noodle soup & a huge salad..with egg whites & some olives & fat free italian dressing, a small piece of banana bread, 3/4 cup of grapes, a handful of chex mix
snacks: non fat hot chocolate (25 cals) w/marshmellows, & string cheese (60 cals), & 3 small pieces of sharp cheddar cheese, a couple grapes, & a light & fit yogurt (60 cals) w/a little bit of granola
....then i was still hungry :(...so i ate a decent amount of munchies (like a mixture of cheetos/doritos/sunchips/pretzels)
how many cals is this? & is this horrible?

If you want to go down in weight..i would really suggest changing this. Keep in mind that eggs are good for you..but one egg is about 70-75 calories.
& 7 cups of kettle may be a lot for a snack ..if you had an apple or 2..that would be a great snack especially considering that apples really boost your metabolism and actually help you lose weight..celery burns calories also!
chicken noodel soup is generally low in calories and so is italian dressing. The egg whites are ok and the banana bread may be high in calories also. The chex mix is not good.
The non fat hot chocolate sounds good and i want some :) but the marshmellows are not so good
the cheddar cheese is high in fat and calories and cheese tends to block you up ( if you know what i mean ;) )
Yogurt is really good but granola is fattening
the munchies..of course are very high in fat but ohhhh so yummy :) haha it'sn ot horrible it could just be tweaked a little bit :) could luck hun!

Too much cheese, foods, and drinks that are high calories. You need to have a calorie chart so you can keep track, eat small portions. And of course make sure you're actively doing exercise or some form of activity you enjoy so you will burn calories and raise metabolism.

My guess is like 1800 to 2000 calories. Maybe a little more than that. Most of the stuff you ate was healthy, but maybe you should try smaller portions and/or less snacking. Your on your way :)
