there is sperm anytime there is ANY fluid coming out of his penis - even the clear pre-***. FYI each time after he ejactulates it will take him longer to come again...so if he is properly motivated after each time and you get him hard again - the third time it will be a longgggggggg time....

usually the second time will have less, but that doesn't mean no sperm. there are still millions of sperm in one ejaculation
