Where have the parents been while their child was supposed to be learning? It is really sad to me. Maybe some are trying to be cool but it isn't cool at all.

trying to be hip hop? thats funny last time i checked, no knowledge of reading and writing was called illiteracy. in some cases maybe dyslexia.
