or any seed lower than 1 or 2, if so, who was it

meaning that the 1 and 2 seeds both lost in the 2nd round

    I think the only time was in 2007 (2006-2007 season), when the 3rd seeded Colts hosted and defeated the 4th seeded Patriots.

    The Patriots beat the #1 Chargers and the Colts beat the #2 Ravens in the divisional round

    no the whole point of being seeded 1 or 2 is getting HF advantage
