On DTV they showed 3 House marathons and I wondered what was the first episode. Can anyone tell me what the first episode about? its hard to tell.

The first episode is called "pilot"
A 29-year old preschool teacher collapses in her classroom from a seizure. She is taken to Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital, where Dr. House and his team of experts struggle to solve the mystery.

I think the first episode involves the kindergarten teacher who has a seizure in front of her class and can no longer speak coherently. (The teacher is played by Robin Tunney, who now plays the main character's boss in "The Mentalist.")
House wears a nice jacket, a fresh shave, and--get this, it's so out of character--a light blue cashmere turtleneck.
