my inner thighs are starting to rub together- how do you slim it but keep the roundness in your butt.?

    Ok so I've said this in like 5 different questions....blood type diet..find what foods work for your blood type. Then to really get those inner thighs get 2 weights for each hand..10 on each for a girl. And squat down and do upright punches..like take your right hand and when you stand upright punch to the left...not only does that work your inner thighs it tones your booty and works that part on your sides..n works the abs. Do like a 100 or 50 to start and work to 100..n listen to music it gets u pumped

    i had the same problem

    i tried lots of things. you really need to work hard and get your diet right.its tough but not impossible.

    i also read lots of information on net and lots of books which helped me.

    i lost around 15 kg or so by doing proper exercise and diet

    out of all i found this e book the best one.

    go on one long run everyday. then eat fruits vegetables meat and bread only. fruit being ur dessert
